Directed by David Horn, Caught in the Act was recorded at America’s world famous PBS studios in 2005 during the stations ‘December Pledge’ season. This 18 song performance was recorded live in front of a studio audience and features stand out tracks included on the platinum selling and Grammy nominated ‘Caught in the Act’ CD album, as well as a selection of original songs and cover versions taken from Bublè’s previous albums including, ‘Come Fly With Me’, ‘Felling Good’ and ‘Save the last Dance for me’. This landmark show is one of the standout performances from the mercurial Bublè, showcasing his enduring popularity and talent, featuring a spine tingling duet with Laura Pausini along with a guest appearence from Josh Groban, this truly is a must have for any Buble fan.

Michael Bublè - Biography:

Canadian singer and actor Michael Bublè has won several awards, including a multiple Grammys and Juno Awards. Bublès big break came when, like his contemporary Josh Groban, he was introduced to David Foster. Foster was so impressed when he saw Bublè singing at the wedding of the Canadian Prime Minister’s daughter that he signed him to his 143 Records label.

Having sold more than 20 million albums worldwide, Michael is renowned for his vocal repertoire and big band style. As well as a singer, Bublè is a jazz pianist and songwriter. Co-writing credits include ‘Home’, which has since been covered by Westlife and Blake Shelton.�

Josh Groban’s first ever Blu-ray release, ‘Awake Live’, captures the Grammy Award-winning singer’s performance at Salt Lake City’s EnergySolutions Arena before a sold-out crowd of 15,000 fans on August 28th, 2007. On May 15, 2008 over 30 American cinemas participated in a screening of ‘Awake Live’ in HD. This was the first time the internationally-renowned vocalist showcased a live performance on the silver screen, and this incredible experience is finally available to take home in high definition.

Whilst the show pays homage to Groban’s back catalogue with classic tracks such as ‘Canto Alla Vita’ and ‘You Raise Me Up’, the majority of the set is composed of songs off the ‘Awake’ album, including the singles ‘You Are Loved (Don’t Give Up)’, ‘February Song’, and ‘Lullaby’ proving it a must have for any Josh Groban fan.

Josh Groban - Biography:

Josh Groban is a 28 year old Grammy nominated U.S. singer-songwriter from Los Angeles. He encompasses the classical and pop genres playing the piano and drums as well as many woodwind instruments.

Groban was first discovered by David Foster and signed to his 143 Records imprint in 1999. His early career featured a multitude of benefit performances for dignitaries, including
‘The Family Celebration’ for Bill Clinton, and also playing the popular character of Michael Wyatt in Ally McBeal. Groban’s eponymous debut album was released in 2001, and was certified double platinum within a year.

Groban’s second album, ‘Closer’, was released in late 2003 to great critical and commercial acclaim, hitting number one on the Billboard charts. This record also led to him performing on Oprah Winfrey, Jay Leno, Larry King and at Superbowl XXXVIII, enhancing his reputation as a dynamic, affable and versatile live performer.

His third studio album, ‘Awake’, released in late 2006, reiterated his place as one of the most successful American singers of the 21st century, his 2007 Christmas record with the London Symphony Orchestra, ‘Noel’, was the best selling album in the U.S. in 2007.
