Montreux Lineup 2025 Three evenings will be dedicated to exceptional jazz collaborations. On July 7th, two generations of vocal jazz will unite with performances from five-time GRAMMY winners Dianne Reeves and Samara Joy. On July 17th, two leading figures of London’s contemporary jazz scene will take the stage: saxophonist Nubya Garcia and Ezra Collective. The latter will perform their first full Montreux concert following a surprise appearance in 2017 for Quincy Jones’ birthday. Closing night will feature the eminent bassist Avishai Cohen with his quintet, preceded by American pianist Christian Sands. Other notable musicians set to perform on the Casino stage include Beyoncé collaborator Shaboozey, Argentine sensations Nathy Peluso and CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, Brazilian samba icon Seu Jorge, and a rare joint performance by Oscar-winner Jorge Drexler and Latin GRAMMY record-holder Natalia Lafourcade.
The Lake House will return, home to the Memphis jazz club and its legendary jam sessions, which often feature spontaneous, intimate performances from the headline artists. The Lake House also houses a cinema screening room and the Bibliotheque, a curated collection of vinyl and books, with daily talks from special guests. Launched in 2021, the MJF Spotlight brand, dedicated to promoting emerging artists, will now have its own open-air stage at the Festival. The full programme for the free stages will be announced on June 4th, 2025. For more information about the Montreux Jazz Festival, please visit: www.montreuxjazzfestival.com/en/. LAKE STAGE
